Delivery Information for Deck and Cable Railing

1. Free delivery - 1 Hour Window

Within mainland UK delivery is FREE for all single orders over £50.00 ex VAT to locations within the UK.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will be sent a text message and/or email informing you of your assigned 1 hour delivery window.

If you are happy with the allotted slot you don't need to do anything - should you want to re-arrange this slot please follow the instructions in the message.

2. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery charges apply to all single orders under £50.00 ex VAT. Only applies to UK delivery addresses.

This service costs £5.95 (ex VAT) and is a either a first class Royal Mail service or a courier service.

We always attempt to dispatch your order on the same day however we cannot guarantee this.

3. International Delivery

We would be happy to quote air or sea freight for export purposes where required.

Time scales

We aim to dispatch goods on the same or next working day to ensure you have them as soon as possible.

During busy periods this may be longer.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail, Interlink and Parcelforce couriers.

You will normally receive your item(s) within 1-3 working days.

If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering - we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive in time.
